Q: I have upgraded my equipment, should I let you know?
A: Please let us know immediately so that we can ensure you are still covered for all eventualities, if you have just received a policy document please check it and let us know of any incorrect details as this will make sure you have a valid policy.

Q: I no longer have Sky, what should I do?
A: It’s best to keep the policy as we will still cover the freeview/freesat box that you have so you can still enjoy hundreds of channels. If you have any questions about the cover feel free to call us anytime on our freephone number 0800 7797444.

Q: I have received a call from Nationwide Satellite Services, what should I do?
A: If you are a customer it will be to make sure that you’re policy is up to date and all your equipment is working correctly. If you are not a customer it would have been from one of our advisors, the are always helpful, polite and courteous.

Q: Another insurer has approached me, what should I do?
A: It is the nature of business for other firms to compete heavily, if you’re thinking of leaving us then just call and speak to one of our advisors who can help make sure it’s the right thing to do.

Q: How do our prices compare to our competitors?
A: We believe that Nationwide Satellite Services offer one of the cheapest satellite warranty products. However, our aim is to be the cheapest over all. If you find a cheaper satellite warranty product, let us know and we'll do our best to match the price!

Q: Where are our call centres?
A: We have our own, in-house UK call centre. This makes life a lot easier for you and allows us to ensure that all of our customers are treated fairly.

Q: Where are our engineers based?
A: Nationwide Satellite Services use engineers as local to you as possible. Meaning that if you get any problems we can aim to get it fixed quickly and efficiently within 48hrs or 24hrs if you have Priority Cover**

A: A number of our customers find this company when they search for us using a search engine. We'd like to make it completely clear that we are a completely different company and, although we have a similar name, have we nothing to do with Nationwide Digital Satellite Services.
