If you are a customer it will be to make sure that your policy is up to date and all your equipment is working correctly. If you are not a customer it would have been from one of our sales advisors, they should always helpful, polite and courteous. Let us know if your experience differs from this.

>   Where are our call centres?

We have our own, in-house UK call centres. This helps us to ensure that all of our current and potential customers are treated fairly according to FSA regulations. Best of all it's free to call us!

>   What are you offering?

We offer high value, low cost satellite insurance cover from as little as £5 per month as well as TV insurance from £5.95 per month. If you have any questions about what our policy covers click here

>   The cost is more than my current insurance!

We offer one of the lowest cost insurance for satellite and television equipment in the UK. Our base plan is only £5 per month, however you may have opted for our Priority Cover which means we'll aim to get an engineer to your door within 24hrs and we'll replace any broken items with brand new equipment when available for just £2.99 per month. If you've got a cheaper price we'd like to know so we can beat it!

You'll need your policy number and your password, if you can't remember your password then we can take you through a few security questions.

We cover your equipment including your box, dish, LNB, cabling and remote control for up to £500.
